These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeadBridge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — they are written to be understandable rather than impressive.
1. What LeadBridge does
LeadBridge connects your Google Local Services Ads lead data with your Housecall Pro job and revenue data, and shows which leads produced revenue. It is an analytics and reporting tool. It does not place ads, manage your ad spend, or contact your customers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at yourleadbridge@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised, and we can revoke all active sessions for you.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business you are registering.
3. Connected accounts and your data
To function, LeadBridge needs you to connect third-party accounts (such as Housecall Pro) using credentials you supply. You confirm you are authorised to connect those accounts and to share the data they contain.
Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership of your leads, customers, jobs, or revenue figures. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process that data in order to provide the service to you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy and, where you are a business customer, our Data Processing Addendum.
4. Reports and figures
LeadBridge reports figures calculated from the data your connected accounts return. LeadBridge uses no artificial intelligence and sends your data to no AI provider.
Some figures are estimates, and are labelled as such. Google publishes no per-lead cost, so any cost-per-customer or return-on-ad-spend figure is derived from the monthly total you enter and spread across the reporting period. Revenue is attributed only to leads we can match to a customer, so attributed revenue is a floor rather than a total.
These figures are a starting point for your own judgement, not professional advice, and should not be the sole basis for advertising, financial, or business decisions. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use LeadBridge to break the law, upload data you have no right to share, attempt to access another customer's data, probe or attack the service, resell access without our agreement, or overload the service through automated means beyond documented rate limits.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep LeadBridge available and reliable, but we do not currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can. Scheduled data jobs depend on third-party APIs (Google, Housecall Pro) that we do not control.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed with you in writing. Charges billed by third parties you connect — Google and Housecall Pro, for example — are separate and your responsibility.
8. Termination
You may stop using LeadBridge and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms, and will normally give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
9. Disclaimers
LeadBridge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Revenue attribution is an estimate produced by matching records between systems; it may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use LeadBridge after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
