LeadBridge ("LeadBridge," "we," "us") helps home-services and trade businesses connect their advertising leads to the revenue those leads generate. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors of our website and to businesses that use the LeadBridge application. When you use LeadBridge, you may connect data from third-party services such as Google Local Services Ads and Housecall Pro; how those providers handle your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us. When you submit our contact or early-access form, we collect the name, business name, email, phone (if provided), and message you enter.
- Account information. If you use the LeadBridge application, we store the login credentials and settings needed to run your account. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Connected business data. With your authorization, LeadBridge retrieves lead data from Google Local Services Ads and customer and job data from Housecall Pro in order to match leads to revenue. This may include customer names, phone numbers, service addresses, job types, and job amounts.
- Lead response timing. From Google’s record of each lead we retrieve the timestamps of calls and messages, whether the business or the customer sent each one, and how long calls lasted. This is what lets us show how quickly you answer leads. We do not retrieve or store message text or call recordings, although Google makes both available to us.
- Ad spend you enter. The monthly Local Services Ads total you type in, used to calculate cost per customer and return on ad spend. This is business financial data, not personal information.
- Credentials for connected services. Housecall Pro API keys you provide, and the Google authorization token created when you connect Google Ads, are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to you in full or shared.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up about access to LeadBridge.
- To operate the LeadBridge application: matching your ad leads to completed jobs, calculating attributed revenue, and displaying dashboards and reports.
- To write your weekly summary of what changed, and to send the reports you enable.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train AI models. We share data only with the service providers needed to run LeadBridge — the hosting, email and form providers listed below. We may disclose information if required by law.
Artificial intelligence
LeadBridge does not use AI, and sends no data to any AI provider.
Your weekly summary is written by fixed rules from figures our own database has already calculated. No model is involved and nothing leaves LeadBridge to produce it.
Earlier versions of LeadBridge could send aggregated figures to an AI provider, and an optional feature could send individual lead records. Both were removed in July 2026. No customer data is sent to any AI provider today.
We do not sell or share your personal information
LeadBridge does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done so and have no plans to. We also do not use your business data, or your customers' data, to train AI models.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out to submit. Depending on where you live, you may still have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. To exercise any of these, email yourleadbridge@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Cookies and tracking
LeadBridge does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels on this website. The application uses your browser's session storage to keep you signed in; that is strictly necessary for the service to function and is cleared when you close the tab. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Lead records older than 18 months are archived automatically. You can clear your imported lead and job data from within the application at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data from within the application or by contacting us.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and encryption of sensitive stored credentials, access controls, and standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Keeping your data separate from other businesses
LeadBridge serves multiple independent businesses. Your leads, customers, jobs, revenue figures and connected API keys belong to your account alone, and are not visible to any other business using LeadBridge.
Every request is checked against the account of the signed-in user, and that check is made against our records at the time of the request rather than relying on the browser. Your Google Local Services Ads and Housecall Pro credentials are stored per account, so we never use one business's credentials to retrieve another's data. Scheduled work — matching leads to jobs, generating reports, sending emails — runs separately for each account.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- You can disconnect a linked service (Google Local Services Ads or Housecall Pro) at any time from your settings.
- You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, from Settings → Account inside the application. This permanently removes your leads, customers, jobs, revenue history, reports, stored API keys, and every login on the account. We keep no copy and no backup. All that remains is a dated record that an account with that internal ID was deleted — containing no name, email, or customer information. Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.
- You can opt out of report emails from within the application.
Children's privacy
LeadBridge is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
